Our expert trainers have bachelor's and master's degrees in health science fields. Owner Mike Edwards, who holds a master’s degree in exercise physiology, has experience working in clinical settings and has worked with diverse client populations from total hip and knee replacement and other post-rehab clients to nationally competitive athletes.
